Mia Landegren vann Killington Junior Golf Championship på AJGA genom en vass avslutning med fyra birdies sista nio hålen för en rond på 64 slag (-6). Verkar som om formen är bra inför EM Lag för flickor som spelas om två veckor.

”The final round of the Girls Division was suspenseful as the girls leaders were also tied through nine holes. Second-round leader Jennifer Peng of San Diego and Landegren made the turn even with each other. Landegren got in the groove after the turn, sinking four of her seven birdies on the back nine to prevail at 6-under-par 64, matching the low course record.
“I feel good, a little overwhelmed. I didn’t think I would come that close to winning,” Landegren said. “Everything was going right. I putted a lot better than the other two days; I made everything.”
Peng finished second with a 10-over-par 220 tournament total. Grace Choi of Dallas placed third with a 12-over-par 222 three-day total.”
